Hartford’s culinary scene is about to get a taste of Cuba with the launch of the new food truck, La Cocina Cubana, next week.
HARTFORD, CT – Get ready to savor the rich and vibrant flavors of Cuban cuisine in Hartford! La Cocina Cubana, a new food truck offering a delectable array of Cuban culinary delights, is set to launch next week, bringing a unique dining experience to the streets of Hartford. As there is only one other known Cuban food truck in the Hartford area, this will please people who cannot get to New Haven too often.
Drawing inspiration from the colorful streets of Havana, the menu features traditional Cuban dishes such as Ropa Vieja, Chicken A La Plancha, and the ever-popular Cuban sandwich, all prepared using the freshest ingredients.
The food truck has a relatively modern design and is wrapped with black vinyl, so you should be able to notice it if you see it.
For now, the truck should be in the Pope Park Highway area, as well as near the Bushnell Theatre.
