Taipei City, Taiwan – Last week, Taipei’s premiere Costco venue made some big changes to its food court menu. Here, the Costco Neihu food court removed one of its most beloved parts of the menu while adding new additions.
Specifically, the combo pizza and roast beef sandwich have been removed. However, this change was accompanied by the introduction of new dishes, including the bulgogi bake and seafood bake. These latest offerings feature a diverse array of ingredients, including shrimp, crab, and various shellfish. The new menu and pricing can be seen in the image below.
Taiwan Costco proves cheaper than US counterpart
As seen, this menu is very different from its US counterpart and features more Asian-inspired dishes with prices starting as little as $2.20 for its soup. The popularity of the Costco Neihu Store food court can be attributed to a combination of factors. Firstly, the store’s reputation for offering high-quality, affordable food items extends to its food court, which serves up a wide variety of delicious options.
Secondly, the Neihu Store is conveniently located in a bustling area of Taipei, attracting a large number of shoppers and diners. Thirdly, the food court caters to a diverse range of tastes with its extensive menu, featuring everything from classic pizza and hot dogs to local Taiwanese specialties. Lastly, the generous portion sizes and budget-friendly prices make it a hit with cost-conscious diners.
