Currently, an exact opening date has not yet been disclosed.
Currently, there are 88 Raising Cane’s locations scattered throughout the Golden State, according to the most recent data available. With such a substantial presence, California boasts one of the highest concentrations of Raising Cane’s restaurants in the entire United States, second only to the chain’s home state of Louisiana. Having said this, San Jose has remained scarce as far as Raising Cane’s locations are concerned as it is yet to have a notable presence in the city.
Raising Cane’s is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken fingers. It was founded in 1996 by Todd Graves and Craig Silvey in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since its inception, Raising Cane’s has experienced impressive growth and now boasts hundreds of locations across the United States and abroad.
The restaurant’s menu is refreshingly simple, focusing solely on its signature chicken fingers, which are made with fresh, never-frozen chicken breasts. These chicken fingers can be ordered in various combination meals, accompanied by crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and the chain’s famous Cane’s sauce, a tangy and creamy dipping sauce that has developed a devoted following.
