Jackson, TN – Last week, a barbecue food truck opened at a new location in Jackson Tennessee. Known as Estanaula Barbecue Company, the truck is located at 1450 Hollywood Dr, Jackson, and its opening hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10:30 – 2 PM.
The Estanaula BBQ Co. food truck, owned by Matt and Evan, who hail from Brownsville, Tennessee, is a culinary venture that specializes in classic barbecue items. The name “Estanaula” is derived from an old Chickasaw word, translating to “river crossing.” Their menu features an array of mouth-watering options, including ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, smoked chicken, and a variety of classic sides such as baked beans, coleslaw, greens, and potato salad.
Both Matt and Evan are no strangers to the food industry, with Evan spending most of his career as a chef and was formerly of Eader House.
For the convenience of their customers, the truck also accepts call-in orders at the number (731) 780-1347. First established in 2022, the Estanaula BBQ Co. food truck only recently made an appearance at the Poplar Corner Exxon gas station located at 1450 Hollywood Drive. However, with their hearty offerings and growing reputation, it may only be a matter of time before they become well known in the area.
